「在神性權能和潛能的保留範圍內，上父確實獨立行動，並依照他自己選擇的指令行事；而那選擇永遠是充滿無瑕的完美與無限的智慧。」
“Within the limits of the reservation of divine power and potential, the Father does act independently and in accordance with the mandates of his own choice; and that choice is always one of unfailing perfection and infinite wisdom.”

3:5.1 (50.6) 在萬有之父與後哈沃納（post-Havona）造物的接觸中，他並非透過直接傳達來行使他的無限權能和最終職權，而是透過他的聖子們和他們的從屬人格。而且神做這一切是出於他自己的自由意志。如果時機出現，如果該時機應成為神性心智的選擇，任何一切委託的權能都可被直接行使；但是，一般來說，這種行動只有在受委託的人格未能履行神性託付時才會發生。在這種時候和面對這樣的違約，並且在神性權能和潛能的保留範圍內，上父確實獨立行動，並依照他自己選擇的指令行事；而那選擇永遠是充滿無瑕的完美與無限的智慧。
