「不變的神在執行他永恆意圖時，……可能表面上看似不同；但隱藏於表面裡以及所有外在顯現之下，仍然存在著永恆的神之不變意圖──永久的計畫。」
“The reactions of a changeless God, in the execution of his eternal purpose, …… may apparently and superficially vary; but underneath the surface and beneath all outward manifestations, there is still present the changeless purpose, the everlasting plan, of the eternal God.”

2:2.3 (36.1) 不變的神在執行他永恆意圖時，其反應可能看似隨其受造智能存有不斷改變的態度和持續轉換的心智而有所不同；也就是說，它們可能表面上看似不同；但隱藏於表面裡以及所有外在顯現之下，仍然存在著永恆的神之不變意圖──永久的計畫。
