「人格的贈與是萬有之父專有的職能，他將鮮活能量系統人格化，而這些鮮活能量系統被他賦予了相對創造意識的屬性和對其的自由意志控制。」
“The bestowal of personality is the exclusive function of the Universal Father, the personalization of the living energy systems which he endows with the attributes of relative creative consciousness and the freewill control thereof.”

5:6.4 (70.5) 人格的贈與是萬有之父專有的職能，他將鮮活能量系統人格化，而這些鮮活能量系統被他賦予了相對創造意識的屬性和對其的自由意志控制。離開上父神就沒有人格，要不是因為上父神，不會有人格存在。人類自我性的各種基本屬性，以及人類人格的絕對調整者核心，都是萬有之父在其專有的宇宙侍奉人格領域行動所贈與。
