3:2.2 (46.6) 在符合神性本質的範圍內，「在神凡事皆能」是真實不虛的。民族，行星和宇宙漫長的演化過程，都在宇宙造物者及管理者完美控制之下，並依照萬有之父的永恆意圖而展開，在和諧有序且符合神之全智計畫中進行著。只有一個立法者。他支撐著空間中的世界，並使眾宇宙圍繞著永恆迴路的無盡之圈旋轉。
