7:6.4 (88.2) 造物聖子由天堂出發進入時間性宇宙中，在第三本源與中心的控制和創造代理者的合作下，完成了漸進演化之地方宇宙的組織。這些聖子們既不附屬於物質、心智和靈性的中央和遍在控制，也與之無關。因此，他們在他們的創造行動上，受限於第一本源與中心和其協同絕對者的先存性（pre-existence）、優先性和首要性。這些聖子只能管理由他們所產生的存在。絕對管理權固有於存在的優先性，且與臨在的永恆性密不可分。上父在宇宙中保持著首要性。
