102:2-2 真正宗教信仰的一個特點是，儘管其主張是絕對的，其態度是堅定的，但其表達的精神卻如此沉著與溫和，它從未傳遞絲毫自我主張或自我抬升的印象。宗教體驗所產生的智慧是一種相悖之物，因為它既是人性的起源，又是調整者的衍生。宗教力量不是個人人格特權的產物，而是人類與一切智慧的永恆源頭那種崇高合作的結果。因此，真實純潔之宗教言語和行為，成為所有令開悟凡人信服的權威。
