A Thought to Ponder from The Urantia Book---Mercy

「仁慈不是一種對公平的違背，而是對這種至高性公平需求所做出的一種有理解力的闡釋，因爲它會被公正地施給各進化宇宙從屬類屬靈存有和物質受造物。」
“Mercy is not a contravention of justice but rather an understanding interpretation of the demands of supreme justice as it is fairly applied to the subordinate spiritual beings and to the material creatures of the evolving universes.”

2:4-5 神的仁慈代表了一種完美與不完美之宇宙層次間的公正調節手段。仁慈是適應于進化類有限者諸多情況的至高性公平，也是被改良來滿足時間類子民之最高利益和宇宙福祉的永恒性正義。仁慈不是一種對公平的違背，而是對這種至高性公平需求所做出的一種有理解力的闡釋，因爲它會被公正地施給各進化宇宙從屬類屬靈存有和物質受造物。仁慈是天堂三位一體明智而又慈愛地施加到時空類造物多樣智能物身上的公平，因爲它是由神性智慧所制定，並由萬有之父及其所有協同造物者們的全知心智和主權自由意志所確定。
